Gananda eighth graders attended the Wayne County Career Carnival on September 27. Students had the opportunity to participate in hands-on activities and demonstrations by professionals from local businesses and higher education institutions.
Students rotated through stations set up to show job opportunities in various career zones. The hope is to give the eighth graders some direction in the field of their interest and perhaps spark an interest in a field they may not have thought of before.
